Abstract:
Nowadays, technological changes create an enormous impact to every company. To survive in this fast-changing environment, companies need to find a proper way to manage their technology and prepare themselves to be ready for new technology investment. However, a crucial issue for any technology managers is how a company should effectively prepare its human resources, infrastructure, equipment etc. to match with the upcoming market opportunity inevitable for technology managers to effectively exploit the benefits of new technologies while still be able to deal with technological changes. Abstract:
The globalization challenges project managers in handling the functions and networks of virtual project team. Dissimilar from the traditional collocated teams, Global Virtual Teams (GVTs) seldom have physical interaction or meet face-to-face. With this constraint, in many cases it is a major challenge in managing projects. To understand the complex virtual project management, this article reviews the literature related to the virtual project management and managerial issues challenging the project managers on how to run their projects successfully. A case example has been presented to explore virtual project challenges, operational and technical complexities for the descriptive analysis of reflective situation to those challenges.

Abstract:
The purpose of this qualitative research is to analyze the scope of localization of supplier management in Western Digital (Thailand) which is a Hard Disk Drive manufacturer. The authors have adopted the case research method and gathered the information by conduction in-depth multiple interviews with 15 employees at various levels of Western Digital and 16 employees of 7 suppliers. It was found that Western Digital implements localization of supplier management in 3 areas: localization of material; working with local supplier including supplier selection, supplier relationship and use of local supplier network; and localization of knowledge magement for manufacturing process adaptation, product adaption and new production development.

Abstract:
In order to meet government’s requirement, several projects will be selected to provide a suitable correspondence to organizations’ resources. Regarding the various resource requirements, risks, costs, and strategic values in each project, the decisions making for project selection becomes a critical aspect and enables a success of project implementation. This article aims to explore criteria of project selection in different project types, and explain the technology projects selection for public organization. Therefore, this paper will illustrate case study of satellite technology projects. The result show that extant regulations and contribution to society are the important criteria of selecting technology project in public sectors.

Abstract:
In an era of creative economy, innovation in distribution channels brings an organization a competitive advantage as it helps increasing organizational abilities in accessing their target customers. This research study has an objective to explore problems and limitations of adopting ordinary distribution channels, and to examine strategic concept and strategic impelemtation innovation in distribution channels through a case study of using government pharmaceutical organization (GPO) as a case study. Using qualitative research methods, research results show that with a case of new innovation of GPO products; cosmeceutical, selling through traditional trade pharmacies and GPO pharmacies. The led to misled to a target customer that new innovation GPO cosmeceutical products are medicines made to only cure illnesses and have to be presciribed by doctors. Therefore with a new innovation of distribution channels, modern trade with delivery service and dealer, it helps GPO expanding market of new innovation cosmecceutical.
